The Simpsons earns this spot by continuing to captivate audiences with one of the most recognizable families in television history. As the longest-running animated series in history, The Simpsons still manages to tell new creative stories. The last season expanded on the origin story of Fat Tony (Joe Mantegna) and may have also given a sendoff to classic characters Itchy and Scratchy. Universal Basic Guys is a comedy series that blends social commentary with absurdist humor, and is definitely worth checking out. It’s got a great voice cast that includes Fred Armisen as David, Mark and Tammy’s neurotic neighbor. Viewers can catch Universal Basic Guys on Sundays at 8:30 P.M.
